Location is great for exploring that area of the Lakes, walkable to Keswick but quiet. Great breakfast and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Very good size bedroom, with very comfortable bed, plenty of PowerPoints and a nicely appointed ensuite bathroom. The heating was very efficient. The breakfasts were very very good and the staff very welcoming. Parking was fine in the grounds.

Breakfast was good and the location was lovley and quite,but near enough to walk into keswick. The self check in was easy and straightforward.

Comfortable room with all we needed and beautiful little garden accessed by room. Location was ideal close to local pub restaurant as well as a short walk into Keswick. Staff were friendly and communication was great making our stay run smoothly.
