Location was excellent for walking path's and hills, short walk for us into Keswick and back. Local pubs down the road from the b&b. Quiet area. Serving saff friendly and informative.

Good location in a quiet area, pub close by for dinner, cleane and easy arrival process. Good English breakfast.

Room was very comfortable with a double and single. Would have been ideal for the single to also have a bedside table, but other than that just lovely with beautiful views over the mountains from the bay window and comfortable beds. Checkin experience was easy and breakfast was very pleasant with friendly staff. Good value for the area and if you want a simple, clean and pleasant base to explore the lakes its ideal.
