Clean fresh recently decorated room. (16) Good quality furnishings. Beautiful view of lake. Sunny morning bathroom. Sunny room afternoon and evening. Safe out of the way car park well placed for access to main routes and I was allowed to stay in it beyond departure time. Very promptly served breakfast. Courteous effivient staff.

We stayed for just one night in a 3rd floor room which had just been refurbished. It exceptionally clean and comfortable and had fantastic views over Derwent Water and Catbells. The breakfast was great, with good choices and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a very short walk from both the centre of Keswick and the lake.
