The cottage is well located, close to pubs, local shop, amazing walks and things to do nearby. The village is very beautiful and delivers everything you can hope for a stay in the lakes. Communication with the host was super easy and the cottage has everything you’d expect. The place was clean and extremely comfortable, the entire group enjoyed it after the day’s activities. Ideal for recharging, socialising and spending quality time with friends and family. Parking for 2 cars and more available nearby.

Perfect location, it was extremely well equipped with everything you need. Perfect little touches to accommodate both humans and doggos. We will definitely be back! Owners were so lovely and we enjoyed both local pubs.

The property was very spacious with good size bedrooms. We spent most of our time at the cottage sitting round the kitchen table but the lounge was very comfortable when we used it. Location was great with good walks on the doorstep. Local pub (Royal Oak) was a hundred yards away and dog friendly - bonus to discover our host Dudley worked behind the bar!
