Lovely B&B in a great location, short walk into Keswick town centre, lots of nearby walks and fabulous walk round Derwent Water.

Lovely b&b we chose a larger room with sofa everything was as it should be comfortable bed plenty of room. Sharon was a lovely host serving up the most delicious breakfast 12/10 😊. Sharon advised us on walking routes one being straight out of her front door to the stone circle and wella crag and beyond . Thankyou 😊

The owner, Sharon was a lovely bubbly host who was knowelagble about the area, and nothing was too much for her, and loved chatting to her guests The room was beautiful, clean and well decorated,(as was the dining room) and the bed was so comfortable giving a great night's sleep A lovely breakfast especially the mushrooms, which were cooked to perfection

Fantastic B&B , The owner Sharon is lovely! She will make your stay very nice. The breakfast is outstanding 👌🏽 Only 15 minutes walk to town.
