The location was perfect for getting around Suffolk either by car or local bus. The cottage had everything needed for the stay. The owners were on hand of needed and were very friendly. The beds were comfy, the decor was tastefully done on a seaside theme, making for an enjoyable stay. Our dog loved the freedom of the enclosed garden.

Great location so close to the coast. The property itself was warm and cosy - no heating needed even in middle of September. Cannot fault cleanliness and facilities. A thoroughly enjoyable short break.

Excellent location for a peaceful few days away. Quiet, private space approx. 3min walk to the seafront. Definitely visit https://www.thewaterfrontkessingland.co.uk/ for seafood.

Lovely cottage in quiet location with all the amenities & parking. Perfect for our family. Really close to beach, pub, shop & chip shop.
