Great value for money if you want to stay in Kesennuma for a night. Location is ~30 minutes by foot from the train station or ~10 minutes by BRT (which runs to and from the station). Staff was very friendly and speaks english well enough. Facilities were clean.

it was relatively new guesthouse, so everything was clean and nice. there was even a kerosene heater in the room that didn’t smell much.
