The hotel service from the staff was excellent. They were welcoming and supported me when there was an issue. Hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was also very delicious every morning. Also there was a cat - Orpheos, a very handsome gentleman keeping you company arround the sofa area with a chill vibe.

We made a reservation at the facility for 3 days. However, we could only stay for 2 days because my little daughter was ill. The staff understood the situation and helped me in every way. Thank you very much for that. If I were to explain the hotel facilities, the location is very good, within walking distance to everywhere. The rooms are spacious and newly designed. The beds are spacious. It is comfortable and the rooms are clean. If I come to Keramoti again, I will not look for a different hotel.

• Near many restaurants. • The staff is polite. • Dog friendly. • Rooms are clean. • The breakfast was good. • There is no parking slot provided by the hotel, but you can easily find a spot near the hotel.
