Hotels cleanliness is excellent Facilities are good except the mattress n pillow. But 2 areas need an improvement urgently 1)F&B - must improve the food variety n taste n pricing 2) F&B staff must be more attentive 3) operation hours for room service menu, if cannot meet the hours pls be more friendly n answer the call. Dont hang up the calls. 2) Maintenance - lots of mosquitoes In the lift n restaurant. Complaint 3 times But nothing has happened, no action at all. Credit to Spa - Excellent staff n therapist! Credit to front desk - very friendly n welcoming! Also security guards!
