Sandy Gem was walking distance away from the beach and the shops. It is situated in a quiet area of Broadstairs so it is excellent for a family getaway. We enjoyed the garden and outdoor area. The garage parking is convenient as the parking on the roadside gets a bit full. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery and crockery. The bathrooms and rooms were clean and tidy. We had no issues with the facilities. Overall I would definitely go back and it may be our annual place to stay in during the holidays.

Great property, very clean. Towels and bedding were excellent. Lots of books and games too. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. Highly recommend.
