Location. Very clean and comfortable apart from cobwebs in the bathroom and hassle free booking. Yorkshore tea and the cake on arrival.

I didn't meet the owner until I was leaving. He seemed very nice. I like the keysafe option as it means I could come & go as I pleased, without worrying about losing the keys & knowing the keys were safe. Nice big ensuite room overlooking the garden. I would like to have used the garden but didn't know how to access it. I understand that information was in the guest book, which I never looked in. Close to the beach. I would recommend this place to others & I would stay again.
