The house is great we were in a large group great space hot tub was fab ,everything we hoped for .

We loved all the spacious rooms. The kitchen, dining and seating area was a fabulous group space which looked out to the large garden with the hot tub on the decking. The house was well presented and very comfortable, with all the utensils and cleaning items you could need in the kitchen. The bedrooms are large, even the "office"single bedroom(which we didn't need to use) is a "proper" bedroom size. Each bathroom was very clean and nice to use. The hot tub was ready for us to use on arrival and obviously well-maintained. It is a short walk from the house to the beach. There are supermarkets, nice pubs and restaurants in the area. The host responded to messages quickly. Even though it was a February trip we were lucky enough to have dry days and enjoyed trips to Canterbury, Folkestone,Hythe and The Battle of Britain Memorial. We had an evening out at The Brittania pub 5 mins drive away from the house in Horn Street and met some lovely people. We had a delicious meal at Sunshine Meze and cocktail bar , and another evening had marvellous fish and chips from Torbay of Hythe ,both in Hythe High Street.

The place was stunning, the kitchen had rave reviews from all the wives in the group and there were several requests to take it with them! The location was great for what we needed and the place was all round lovely.
