The proximity to the beach and walks. The bathroom downstairs, the size and comfort of the seating. The little extras that are sometimes overlooked.

The whole property was outstanding & it have everything you needed. Added bonus opposite was a local community pub which was very quiet & very welcoming which is only open Fri Sat & sun. Very pleasant stay & would book again

Incredibly comfy beds, super clean, well equipped kitchen, lovely garden for outdoor summer dining! Paul and Cassy’s communication ahead of our stay was excellent + they were quick to help resolve an access issue when a friend arrived early. Would definitely come back
