We loved how communicative, accommodating, and friendly Harry and Chloe were right from the outset. The lodge itself was perfect for us and accommodated our diverse party of 6 quite easily. We loved the decor and the comfortable feel of the place. We loved the big window and amazing view in the mornings and coffees on the veranda (love a veranda!). We loved the friendly farm dog that welcomed us on arrival. We loved the kitchen as a place to hang out or the living room. Having different "zones" was great for different activities/needs. We loved that it felt like a home. I loved the Bauhaus and William Morris prints and the cupboard with the wonky doors. We loved our time here and would definitely come back!

A lovely place to stay in in a beautiful rural location. Reallly peaceful but only a short drive to Kenmare (or proably a 30 minute walk if you are lucky enough to be there when it isn't raining!). Big kitchen and living room with full height windows make it ideal for a family or a group of friends, Good contact and information from hosts (including a call to say that it was ready fro early check-in, which was appreciated). Topped off by a lovely neighbour's dog which made herself very at home with us.
