What an amazing little hidden gem. Very well appointed and wonderfully situated next to the open space of the park. The owners are super accommodating for questions and queries. I can’t wait to go back!!!

Our second trip to Hocktide. Lovely little extras like eggs and milk provided. A very sweet cottage which is very dog friendly and convenient for Kenilworth and Leamington Spa.

Beautiful, warm, cosy and very clean cottage. Well located for my needs, with the lovely surprise of some basic provisions on arrival. I could not have hoped for more. Would return and highly recommend.
