It is modern, bright, clean, warm, has a great shower, huge tv, comfy sofa and chairs, well equipped kitchen area with some of the basics provided, a window seat as well as a table and chairs. It was kind of the owners to welcome guests with wine and biscuits. And books, games and visitors guides were really useful.

Location was good for visiting the Lake District and plenty of restaurants within a two minute walk
