It was quiet, it was central to Kendal town 10 mins away and Grasmere, Ambleside… hot tub was fab, bit cold when got out though!! It was welcoming and homely, the Christmas decorations were a lovely touch

Cottage was very large with excellent facilities. Clean and well presented, beds comfy and the kitchen had plenty of utensils etc. Hot tub was great.

Lovely property with plenty of charm, plenty of space for us to stay with the kids, dog and grandparents. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the host was very accommodating.

Lovely little cottage with everything you need for a family of 4 with a dog! Hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a day of walking.
