Location was ideal, right beside Rathausplatz, in the centre of the old town. Staff were very friendly and attentive - reception, breakfast and housekeeping. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, no street noise - apart from the comforting church bells. Continental breakfast was excellent. Although I tried to speak German throughout, reception staff were happy to speak English. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable week.

The location is good. The staff are friendly. The heating system was working well in the winter and clod weather. It is an old hotel. You can walk to the center.
