Please note that the hot tub and sauna are available at a surcharge.The SnowCastle Resort is constantly evolving. The construction of the new main building is currently underway in the vicinity of the Seaside Glass Villas. The annual SnowCastle will start to rise in the area during late December and its construction will continue until mid-January.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Pretty amazing location right by the sea. We were able to stay in a villa with our dog. The resort is a lot bigger than I imagined and offers attractions, restaurant, and souvenir shops. Comfy beds and pillows. Spectacular glass ceiling. We were the only guests in the restaurant and still were served dinner. Good breakfast. Walking distance Kemi center.

There’s so much going on here. There are sculptures, a snow castle and the icebreaker tours leave from reception. It’s amazing place which was really busy at reception however the cabins are quiet and peaceful. I only stayed one night to go on the icebreaker cruise the next day. The cabins are cosy and it’s so serene just looking out. I wished I’d stayed longer

There was a small issue with our arrival date, but your staff provided excellent service and helped us resolve it promptly. We were assigned to a suitable room, and the view was beautiful. We truly had a wonderful stay.

Cabin was warm during our stay, the view on the sea is beautiful, breakfast was great and snow castle inside of hotel was amazing.
