Guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Guests who used third-party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter with a copy of the cardholder's passport. Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay up-front the full amount of their stay. The previously charged amount will be refunded to the credit card that was used originally.Pet-friendly rooms are not located in the main building. We do not accept reservations with pets for the junior suite rooms.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Everything was amazing! We were very happy to have chosen this hotel for our vacation. Special thanks to the staff: we arrived much earlier than the check-in time, and I expected to just drop off our bags and wait around for five hours. But the receptionist simply said, “Your room is ready. Have a nice vacation!” — and 30 minutes later we were already swimming in the beautiful sea!

I'll be honest, I was quite skeptical at first, but my expectations were exceeded. I want to point out the incredibly high level of service: 1. I booked a standard room, and they upgraded me to a room with a jacuzzi for free. 2. All the staff were very friendly. 3. The room was clean, maybe not the newest, but the view was gorgeous. 4. Cleaning and refilling the minibar were done daily. 5. Food and drinks were excellent, including imported cocktails. 6. Wonderful territory around the hotel. 7. Clean coast. 8. Exceptional spa massage. In general, highly recommended.

Our vacation at this hotel was simply wonderful – thanks to the dedicated and warm-hearted staff. A special thank you goes to Gamze Hanım, the hotel manager. She gave us a warm welcome from the very first minute and was always available throughout our stay. What stood out the most: Even small remarks or requests were immediately taken care of and implemented – a true example of outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Erman Bey delivered an excellent show that became one of the evening highlights! His performance was not only entertaining but genuinely impressive – a real professional who truly captivated the guests. Daniel from the animation team also deserves special mention. With his positive energy, great attitude, and friendly nature, he brought joy and excitement to every day. Thanks to him, there was always something going on – lively, but never intrusive – just the right balance! All in all: A perfectly enjoyable stay where you truly feel welcome. We will definitely come back!
