The fine print
Please note that the shuttle bus (NH Hotel Bus Number 1) from the hotel to the airport is available from 05:00 until 22:30 every half an hour (22:30 last bus to the airport). The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is available from 05:15 until 22:45 every half an hour (22:45 last bus to the hotel). It operates between Terminal 1, Hall B at arrivals and the hotel every 30 minutes. The shuttle bus cannot be booked in advance and has a maximum capacity of 16 people. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is free.When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note that dogs and cats are only allowed upon request and subject to approval.Please note that the property can only accommodate dogs and cats with a maximum weight of 25 kg or less. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 25 per day, pet.Guide dogs stay free of charge.Please note that the cleaning service is offered once every 4th night. Additional cleaning services for stays of less than 4 nights can be requested at the reception before 21:00.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. we had 2 rooms, room no 302 had a bad smell and shifting was no option as you were fully booked. But we moved next day fast and without any complications, even a bit before regular check in time. Restaurant service was pleasant, reception was very professional, friendly and gave us a warm welcome.

Good location relative to the Frankfurt international airport. Much more affordable than the hotels directly at the airport. The shuttle service is frequent and reliable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
