The location was good and picturesque but inaccessible unless the driver got a permit for the dangerous approach road. I liked the oats porridge with fruits.

A magical place with warm hospitality and breathtaking views Our stay at Seehotel Baumgarten was absolutely dreamy. The hotel is secluded, peaceful, and picture-perfect, located right on the lake with its own private beach — ideal for a quiet swim or just relaxing by the water. The hospitality was outstanding — warm, personal, and full of genuine care. You can truly feel that the hosts love what they do. Getting to the hotel is part of the experience: a unique and beautiful road winds through lush greenery and offers stunning views along the way. If you're looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a quiet, intimate atmosphere — this is the perfect spot.

The view of Lake Lucerne from the hotel was amazing, and the scenery was beautiful. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. But do note that they do not provide room service. Pet-friendly hotel. Upon booking, they did inform the guest that the road to the hotel is very narrow, so I made sure I arrived in the daytime. They also informed beforehand that there is no elevator in the hotel, so I was prepared for it.
