The hotel is located near the main road, but not directly opposite it. It is quiet and has ample parking. The bus station is nearby, as is Kamari Beach. A few kilometers east, a ten-minute drive, are the beautiful, pristine sandy Magic and Exotic beaches, some of the best ones in Kos. The hotel has a spacious lobby and a comfortable atmosphere. It's not easy to find, but it's well-positioned on Google Maps. The rooms are spacious. Excellent value for money. The breakfast is good, especially the jams, marmalades, honey, and yogurt, all of which are high-quality. Everyone in the Foutunis family was very friendly. Elias and his sister are perfectly bilingual, having lived in New York for many years.

Very friendly staff. Elias and his relatives are taking care of the guests. It is a family owned and operated business. Good breakfast and drinkable coffee. Ample parking on the premises in front of the hotel. Elias mixed a sizeable night cap for me. His bar prices are truly affordable. WLAN was usable. The A/C was working perfectly. The balcony was rather spacious.

The location is great, within walking distance of the beach. The hotel surroundings are spacious and open. The staff are very attentive and wonderful people. We were very pleased. If we can visit again, this is a place we would definitely return to.

the location is perfect, rooms were clean and comfortable, bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very kind and were always willing to help. We will return for sure!
