Perfect family apartment with 3 rooms and dining room and 2 bathrooms give a lot of space for all people. Inside are dishwasher, washing machine ,fully equipped kitchen and grill. So friendly owner that always helps us, once his wife gave us self cooking gorgeous pancakes with Nutella . When we arrived us waiting cold water in fridge and some sweets. Nearest beach is 3 minutes from apartment ,but if you go 5-7 minutes in right along the coast you will find perfect beach with crystal clear water and some restaurants.

It was extremely clean and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable and the two double beds were actually super king-size, so massive and perfect for two children sharing! The bedrooms had great wardrobes and cupboards. Marco greeted us and spoke good English so it was easy to communicate. We loved the garden with about 6 free roaming tortoises! It was so useful to have two bathrooms and the kitchen/dining area/lounge was spacious. The location was just perfect - a 4 min walk to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the big ribola supermarket and bus stops. We were in a great location to use the buses daily to visit Trogir, Salona archaeological Park, Klis Fortress, the other Kastela towns and Split. (If you do use buses, make sure to download the promet app for cheap travel!) As Kastel Kambelovac was far far less commercial than Split we found that we had the beach to ourselves at 9am in the morning which was really nice. The town had a pretty marina & town square, and a green space and park for Children to run around. We could easily walk to Kastel Gomilica which had a little castle and marina. We were so happy on arrival to see that the bedrooms had new mosquito nets. So we were able to keep all the bedroom windows open whenever we were in the apartment, and at night which was great and made the temperature in the apartment really bearable even in mid August! The air conditioning in the main living area was fantastic. The apartment really was extremely clean, well located and great value for money and we'd thoroughly recommend!
