A truly charming and unique hotel, beautifully designed with lots of wood throughout, which gives it a very warm and cozy atmosphere. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a hilly area, but that’s exactly what makes it special, the views are absolutely stunning. Both from the rooms and the terrace, you get a direct view of the mountains and Gergeti Trinity Church, which is truly breathtaking. There is also a large shared terrace with tables, which we imagine is amazing during the season, perfect for sitting, enjoying a glass of wine, taking in the view, and exchanging travel experiences with other guests. The host and his son were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they helped us with all the questions we had. At the moment, the hotel doesn’t have its own kitchen yet, but the host showed us that it’s currently being prepared and should be available soon. Since we visited in the off-season, there weren’t many guests, and not all places in the town were open. However, the host recommended another hotel nearby with an excellent restaurant, great cocktails, and wine, which worked out perfectly for us. We came here for a couple of days to relax and escape the city and tourist crowds, and that’s exactly what we got – peace, beautiful nature, and a truly enjoyable stay.

I recommend this accommodation as communication was great and the location is perfect as you have an amazing view of the mountains from your room. The room itself is very cosy and contains everything you need.

A wonderful stay in every sense. Especially after staying in hostels all week, it was a relief to stay somewhere clean, private, and well maintained. By chance, the owner was my guide for a group tour later on - a truly wonderful, kind and fun person.
