That place was quite clean which is nice but te view and localization were just awsome. Also the people are Really nice and helpfull.

Very nice place close to bus station, shop, restaurants with a mountain view from outside. Clean and cosy, with private bathroom and shower with hot water. Especially worth to mention are the hosts-very nice and caring, they borrowed me an umbrella for a walk when it was raininig and took me with the car to the station before leaving, so I don't get wet. It was possibile to leave the luggage after checking out. Good price and good conditions - I recommend strongly!

Amazing guesthouse with the kindest hosts, always willing to help me when I needed it and very friendly. Perfect location, close to the bus stop, grocery store and several restaurants with a great view of the church just outside my window. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at for my week in Stepantsminda :)

- New and clean rooms, extremely comfortable - Reliable hot water (not a given in town) - Lovely owners who really take care of you, even though they don’t speak much English - Great value for money - View of mt Kazbek from the balcony - Very close to the centre of town
