Sometimes, complete happiness doesn't require vast territories, pools with hundreds of sun loungers, and noisy entertainment. You need your own corner of the world. And we found it here. This isn't just a hotel in the classic sense. It's a private home where you are the welcome and sole hosts for the duration of your stay. There's no such thing as a "lobby" or "common hallway." There's only your personal door, beyond which begins a space created for quiet joy. We left feeling like we hadn't been in a hotel, but in a different, calmer, and more beautiful version of our lives. This is a place for those tired of the "conveyor-like vacation" and seeking a personal, authentic, and deeply humane experience. Thank you for this home, for its tranquility, and for the feeling that sometimes the greatest treasure is a few days spent on your own, albeit temporary, land. We will definitely return to feel like "home away from home" again. A vacation in Gudauri for three Chechens from the Chechen Republic.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The view from the shared terrace is beautiful. The guesthouse is located a little bit out of the centre, but it didn't bother us, it was actually nice and quiet. The host was nice and friendly. We would stay again.

Stayed with family on September 6 for one night, arrived tired. We were greeted as if at home, everything was clean, cozy, convenient location, car can be parked in the yard, beautiful view of the mountains. Thanks to the kind hosts for the welcome🙏
