The property is perfect as advertised, inexpensive and easy enough to drive to. We were a party of 4 and stayed here while snowboarding daily at Gudauri. The hosts were lovely and helped us find a taxi one day when we could not drive ourselves. Typically we rented an SUV and drove ourselved - the kobi-gudauri gondolas are perfect for this.

The hostess was very helpful, communicative, gave us tips about the surroundings and how accessible the roads were. It was very useful. She accommodated all of our needs and was understanding to our questions.

The staff is very nice and warm; she even helped us to recommend a super nice tour guide which really helps a lot. the cottage is cozy and well-equipped.
