Great sized accomodation and value for money - we were 4 friends and had the beds set up as 4 singles. The pictures are accurate, and it's been finished to a good standard. Living area - The open plan living room and kitchen/dining area is a good size and fit all 4 of us comfortably. We didn't cook but there were plenty of cooking untensils, plates, etc. as well as coffee and tea provided. Parking - free street parking outside the property. Location - there are plenty of restaurants and shops in a walkable distance. It's nice and quiet and the views of the mountains are excellent. Bathroom - good shower, and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel etc.) were provided.

It’s a very warm place with comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Every detail is thought through. Great spot to relax after a day of hiking around Stepantsminda. We haven’t met the owners in person but our communication was smooth and friendly.
