Rooms are clean, and the location is walking distance to town, and host is very kind and very supportive . Best view to enjoy in stepantsminda. Rooms are exactly like in the pictures.

Amazing stay in Stepancminda! In the room it was very clean and warm, the room was very cosy and the water in the bathroom was hot. There was a shared kitchen with everything you need and with tea and coffee available. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the balcony was well decorated. The owner was also very kind. You can park a car along the road without a problem.
