I can’t say I stayed there as I was unable to get to up over the mountains. But the staff were really understanding and quick with the responses. And gave me a full refund a quality act on their behalf.

格鲁吉亚之行最满意的住宿体验。位置好，设施好，风景好，服务好。最让我感动的就是老板服务是整个格鲁吉亚最温暖的。 This has been my best accommodation experience in Georgia. All the guesthouses I booked along the way were of decent quality and not cheap, but this one offers incredible value for money. It’s located in Kazbegi town, just a 700‑metre walk from the central bus station, passing by the popular Samani restaurant on the way. The location is excellent: surrounded by a peaceful countryside atmosphere, yet the guesthouse itself is warm and modernly decorated. I could dine in the restaurant, listen to lovely music, and enjoy an unobstructed, magnificent view of the snow‑capped mountains glowing in the sunrise outside the window. What touched me most was the warmest service I’ve received in Georgia. On the second night, only my daughter and I were staying here. Even so, the owner kindly asked what time we would like breakfast the next morning. Since I had to head back to Tbilisi at 9:00, he specially prepared a rich breakfast for us at 8:00 sharp. Not only did they not cut corners, but they made an especially generous breakfast for my daughter and me, including four fried eggs, and even played soft music for us — the atmosphere was perfect 🥰. An even nicer surprise: when I checked out and went downstairs, the owner was waiting and offered to drive us to the bus station on his way. I felt so happy and cared for; this is such a warm, lovely guesthouse. Before leaving, we watched the beautiful sunrise over the snow mountains from the restaurant. We were so lucky. Thank you so much to the owner.

Mountain House provided us a warm and very comfortable stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had to leave early on our last morning, so we missed formal breakfast but instead were provided a take away pack instead. Great service!
