The location is at the north east corner of the town and it has a view of the mountain Kazbegi from bed. The cleanness of the room is great. The hospitality of the host is also top. We got a free white wine upon arrival.

This place is amazing! The accommodation is very spacious and luxurious and has everything you need (including a beamer with netflix). The views are truly breathtaking and the fact that you have a whole porch and bath to yourself from where you can enjoy the views is incredible. Even from the bedroom you can still enjoy the scenic mountain range. In addition to this Nika (the host) was really kind and helpful and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. We decided to change our plans and just enjoy the place for the day, as it was really relaxing and lovely.

Excellent property and services. 100/100 to Niko who helped us getting the cab and with everything that we needed. The projector, tub, bathroom, beds, kitchen, the outer area of the cottage everything was just excellent.
