The sauna and jacuzzi are located in a shared private area but are used individually per cottage. Guest privacy is fully respected – guests from different cottages do not share the space.
Use of the wellness area is limited to 2 hours per day, which is usually fully sufficient for relaxation.

This is one of the best properties in kazbegi, very spacious and clean. Good host and she responds quickly. Also assisted us with the tours. I highly recommend it!

The chalet is located at the top of the picturesque Stepantsminda village. The room offers stunning views of the mountains, espacially from comfortable terrace overlooking Mount Kazbek. Every day, we woke up with pleasant impression of surrounding nature. From beginning you'll notice it's cozy, stilish and warm appartment. There is sauna and jacuzzi, where you can relax and unwind. Wonderful hostess was always in touch and tried to help in every way possible.

We had a wonderful stay in your cottages and celebrated New Year here, it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was magical, and the sauna and jacuzzi were a real highlight, especially in winter. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the mountains. The view is just WOW, you cannot get enough of it. We got lucky and saw Kazbegi clearly during our whole stay. If you plan to use the sauna and want it hotter, you can place a towel under the sauna door to help keep the warm air inside, it really well for us. In winter, be prepared for heavy snowfall: roads in the area can be closed due to snow, so it’s best to plan your route in advance and stay flexible with travel plans. Overall, a great experience! We would happily come back🙌
