This was honestly our best stay in Georgia (across 4 cities). Firstly, the host is super nice and helpful. He is particularly responsive on text/calls and quickly resolved any issues we had (we couldn't figure out how to lock the door and turn the heating down). Secondly, the property is beautiful, in every sense of the word. The inside is clean, its fully stocked in terms of places to sit, the kitchen, the sleeping area, the sitting area outside, fast WiFi, TV (with Netflix). We stayed in 2 other cottages in different cities and this was by far the nicest, cleanest, best furnished, had the best views of the mountains. Third, its like a 5 minutes walk away form the best restaurants in Kazbegi and the grocery store (Spar). Honestly, I loved this place and if I ever return to Kazbegi this would be my first choice. Think of this kind of like glamping. You get to live in a cottage but you have great amenities. A good compromise between disagreeing couples :)

The cottage looks just like in the pictures—if not even more beautiful in reality! Everything is clean and well-maintained, with a new and modern feel. It has a smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious, comfortable layout. The view is breathtaking! The hosts were friendly and welcoming, helping us with everything we needed. We enjoyed every moment here. Thank you, and we hope to come back one day
