Nice and big room. Great mountain view on the balcony. The price was very reasonable. Close to the centre. I had no problem. I recommend it.

Really cozy room with a kitchenette and great views of the mountains! Quick walk to restaurants and a good location to start the walk to gergeti trinity church! Definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. It ended up to be my favourite guesthouse in Georgia! The room was clean and spacious, with an en-suite bathroom, and a small living room with a gas stove for basic cooking. Amazing Mountain views out of the window. Good WiFi and gas heater. Less than 10 minutes on foot to supermarkets, bakeries and marshrutka station. The family was polite and friendly, they respected my privacy. The hostess gave me some homemade dessert which was delicious!
