The location is really convenient, because it's near the very center of Stepantsminda. The room inside was clean and comfy. What I liked most was that the owner was friendly and our 2 dogs were also welcomed. The entrance to the rooms was from the yard, where dogs could play or bask in the sun.

very convenient location. beautiful view. all rooms have access to the street and mountain view. by our arrival there was grass and stacked. it was very authentic. rooms in style rusty. cozy.

Cute and clean room. Nice place. Quite and silence all that you hear. Fresh breakfast, simple but a huge one. Parking inside the place.
