This place was beautiful and amazing unobstructed views. Comfortable living area and a unique experience to stay a place like this. Perfect place to relax or base for walks and visiting the area. The bathroom was clean but the floor does get wet.

Our stay at the cottage in Stepantsminda was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, the cottage offered breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks — especially Mt. Kazbek — right from the windows. The interior was cozy and charming, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from local restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. We loved waking up to fresh mountain air and the sound of nature all around us. Our host was wonderfully kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Little touches like fresh linens, a well‑equipped kitchen, and helpful local tips really made a difference. We’d highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape in Stepantsminda — it’s the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and Georgian mountain charm

No proper lock to the door, no wall curtains on first floor , broken glass on first floor rest every thing was good
