Rating this property is a bit challenging because while some things are truly great, others could definitely be improved. The communication with the agency managing the property through Booking was excellent, which is why I wouldn’t feel right giving a low rating. Starting with the positives: The house has a spacious living room, a large and very well-equipped kitchen, and three big bedrooms on the lower level. The terrace offers a beautiful view, and there’s a nice pool in front of the house with four sunbeds around it. Both the interior and the pool area are fairly well maintained and clean. Now, a few things that could be better: The house is located on a steep hill, and getting there by car can be tricky, especially for less experienced drivers. The streets are very narrow, and the incline is quite steep — probably around 40%. The parking situation was also a bit of a challenge. The parking area is not well maintained, and access to the garage was blocked by overgrown vegetation. We managed to park one car at the top of the drive, but the second one had to be left on the street, as it was very hard to fit two cars. Another thing we noticed was a slight smell of dampness inside the house, despite everything appearing clean. And lastly, while we were out, we would leave the air conditioning on at 26–27°C so the house wouldn’t be too hot when we returned. However, most days when we came back, the AC was turned off, which made us feel like someone might have entered the house during our absence. This made us a bit uncomfortable, and we believe guests should be informed if that’s the case. Overall, it’s a beautiful villa with great potential and many nice features, but in our opinion, there are a few things that could be improved to better match the price and the expectations.

What a fantastic villa. The views were wonderful the infinity pool was superb. The villa is spacious and well equipped. The king size bed in the master bedroom was a real bonus. We will certainly be looking to book here again in the future
