Very good location and personnel. Managed to check in quite late. The person in the reception even helped us to get some tea to warm up.

The property is located in the new town area, offering exceptional convenience. Virtually all daily necessities—including grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation—are easily accessible within a pleasant five-minute walk.

The staff was friendly and also so kind, helpful, and informative. The locations was excellent, and even though I went for the cheapest room option, I had a window overlooking Laisvės Alėja (both sheer & blackout curtains in the room). Little extras like umbrellas were free to use. Everything in the room met or exceeded expectations. The [speed & temperature range of] hot water in the shower was really good. This hotel definitely exceeded my prior expectations based on the price I paid.
