Our stay at Bamboo Tree was made to accommodate my older parents as they were flying in earlier and I wanted them to have a terrace to sit and enjoy resting after their flight. The garden was ideal, Beverly has made the place an oasis just 15 minutes from the airport. Breakfast is served in the morning on your terrace and is a great starter to set you off for Colombo sightseeing. The staff are very helpful and will accommodate your needs. There is parking onsite and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Beverly has newly opened a nursery for tropical plants next door which any nature lover is welcome to wander over to appreciate. Aircon rooms, late check-in, airport shuttle included, courteous staff. Perfect stopover after a long flight.

The room was spacious and clean. Ideal if you want to take a flight next morning as it is 15 mins from the airport. Very nice gardens and most importantly hosts! We had an urgency late in the evening with one of our luggage which had to be packed and the owner drove us with his scooter to the shop to get the packaging materials. Just excellent!

Wonderful owners and staff who could not do enough for us. Clean and well appointed room with lovely view of a tranquil and beautiful garden and external seating area. Great food and service. They could not do enough for us but we're never intrusive. Lovely people, great hotel. We hope to return.
