Excellent stay for overnight before our flight. The lovely family took care of us very well. Their recommendation for dinner was great as very close and delicious food at a great price! It is the City Transit Hotel Restaurant!! Don’t stay here just eat here as it would be crazy noisy !! Our room was huge and very quiet with a new bathroom. The hosts were just lovely and took us to the airport 5 mins away at 5 am . This is such a great option for the airport as so much closer than other hotels in Negombo.. an oasis of local charm .Thank you for your care and hospitality in such difficult times with the devastating floods!! We really appreciate your efforts.

A truly wonderful Sri Lankan family. Just before we parted from Sri Lanka we stayed in this warm family’s house. A beautiful traditional clean house, smiling, helpful people. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and so close to the airport… just what we needed at our last night. And they dropped us at the airport free of charge at 5:00 am. Thank you

This is a beautiful and quiet place near the airport. Lush garden, beautiful furnitures and the house is old and charming. The room was clean. The owners are so nice, sweet people and very helpful. The owner drove me to the airport early in the morning.

Experience a traditional taste of old style Sri Lanka . The history of this beautiful old but loved property.. The gardens and of course the lovely family , who are 5th generation . 5 minutes from airport yet it felt like we were in a small country village. Beautiful temple complex 5 minutes walk from the guesthouse. The Sri Lankan breakfast we requested was sublime. Hoppers, curd, treacle , sambas , fruit , puttu, Dahl was incredible. All made by the lady of the house. We will definitely recommend and stay again at this special place.
