The staff was amazing. Breakfast also exceptional, we really liked the variety. The room was quiet, cool and comfortable. Overall we had a great stay, we spent almost a week here.

Everything was just what we wanted. It wasn't the first time we've stayed here as we come to the OFF! Festival every year and it meets our needs nicely - comfortable, quiet (despite being right by the A4 motorway), clean, and reasonably handy for the Three Ponds Valley - a 5-minute walk - the festival site - a 20-30-minute walk - and the city centre -again, either a 20-30-minute walk or a short bus ride. In the first room we were in one of the lights wasn't working and the nice young woman at the reception gave us a different room speedily and in pleasant style.

The property was clean, was really comfortable, the only one thing I would mention to hotel management’s attention is the absence of sound proofing because of the old windows. You need to understand that the hotel is located very near to the highway and you can hear the noise from the cars traffic, if the room will be from that side of hotel. I was asked to change the side of the room was provided to me, the staff was nice and supported me with the ask.
