The property was comfortable and well laid out however the sound on the TV kept disappearing and sometimes you had to turn the TV off for an hour or so before it worked again. Also the fact that we were charged an additional $180 cleaning fee that was never mentioned or shown anywhere on the booking site is tantamount to fraud. If you are going to levy a charge it should be clearly stated.

Impeccable clean house. Extremely cosy and comfortable home. We were provided with more than what we would need and everything was good quality. Also,FRESH flowers in dinning area and bathroom !! If we ever coming back to Katoomba, this is where we going to stay.

Great location and good value. Comfortable and clean with good facilities. Plenty of tea and coffee and basic cooking ingredients.
