The fine print
PAYMENT POLICY:
- Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date.
- Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. - Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.
- Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway ReslyPay.
- Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 1.45% 0.22c ReslyPay transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond.
- Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT LENNOX HEAD on your bank statement. CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
- COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
- Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy. DISCLAIMER:

The location was excellent. I was travelling with my elderly parents who are somewhat immobile. The house was comfortable and cosy and very well equipped. We could not get the WIFI to work but it was ok. A little frustrating, but it did not spoil our time there.

A great house to stay in. Very comfortable for 4 adults, warm when needed, and cool when needed. Very good facilities with 2 living areas, close to shops.
