The fine print
The apartment enjoys its own air conditioning/heating. There is no additional charge for electricity therefore a/c and heating is provided on a fair use policy.A two hour timer switch is installed, which can be easily re-set as often as required, therefore guests can enjoy unrestricted use whilst inside the apartment. During winter months, an additional oil filled radiator can be provided upon request, with a contribution towards the running cost charged per kwh according to the meter.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Having booked the property we looked on Google earth to familiarise ourselves with the location we were somewhat concerned by the look, as from the road there was an empty shop in a rather sorry state at the location.We needn’t have worried however as the property was in a block behind the shop and in a lovely condition with all the amenities you would need for self catering. The property was very quiet which made for a good night’s sleep with a large supermarket about a 15minute easy walk away.There is a bus stop just outside the property so local bus to and from the airport was easy and only 2 euros each. The owner has put a lot of time and effort into offering information about the area.

we liked the location as we are not bothered about walking to get to places and we are both 80 years old so we found all the short cuts to get everywere
