Lovely Hotel with walking distance to kalamaki seaside (around 15mins walk). Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a family apartment, which for 5 persons was comfortable, i won't complain. Room was very simple and had all amenities needed including microwave, stove, kettle and also cutlery, plates, pans and pots. My one complaint would be that the AC sometimes leaked water and did not cool the rooms to its fullest but this could have been due to the openess of the rooms. There is only one AC for both rooms but we had a fan as well. Hotel premises are very nice, with a great pool area. Chania is a 15mins bus trip which you can take from a few meters away from the hotel. Closest shop is by the sea and is a bit expensive...bigger shops which are far away had better prices as expected. We found out that in Crete they have efood which is a food delivery app which delivers to the hotel. A good option for when you do not feel like going out to eat after a day out at the beach or on an excursion (Elafonissos travel agency close by aswell). A very nice restaurant is Elia Taverna and for nice gyros try Pita Grill which is very close too. Overall a nice hotel, and from this experience I will recommend it to other people. George was also very helpful to us.

The pool area and the sea from the balcony . George was a great host and gave us many different recommendations on places to visit in the area

Our superior apartment was great with a very good sized balcony and the pool area was very nice. George was helpful whenever needed via messenger and the small confusion with room on arrival was resolved next day and kindly gave us a complimentory breakfast, some language barriers with other staff but again always helpful.
