Very Kind and Welcoming Staff - Karuna was incredible! Free room upgrade was really nice, very large and balcony was great! Great Location too! Have stayed in multiple Hotels in Kathmandu & I think this is great value for a low price! Recommend 💞

Breakfast at the Black Olive was excellent, the location in Thamel is great, and the room was clean and comfortable, with the bathroom providing hot water and western toilet.

Exceptional Support: The owner, Pramit, provided end-to-end support, from organizing my Mustang tour vehicle to giving perfect local advice on shopping and dining. • Emergency Care: The staff truly cares about safety; they stayed in constant contact and provided guidance when my friend suffered from altitude sickness (AMS). • Warm Atmosphere: Manager Karuna and the rest of the team are incredibly kind and always greet guests with a genuine smile. • Authentic Connection: It doesn't feel like a cold business transaction; the hospitality is so personal that you leave feeling like you’ve made lifelong friends.
