All necessary utensils provided, off licence store just a min up for emergency, AC unit in the two bedrooms, friendly landlords who live above the flat so you can always message them in case you need anything. They're always there to help you and accommodate your needs. I'm grateful they could keep up with my kids noise around midnight due to the time different and didn't complain.

The house is confortable, good neighborhood, very close of Swayambhunath and National Museum. 30 minutes walking to Tamel and Kathmandu Durbar square. The host, Mrs Prativa, gave us all support when we arrive and offered us a farewell dinner. We really apreciated it.

We travel a lot all over the world, but really rare meet such a host! We couldn't leave place because of the home like feeling and prolonged our stay. Prativa is really amazing host and manager. We had everything we need. The most pleasant was spacious apartment, very clean kitchen with completely new dishes. Internet is good enough to work via zoom, so one can easily live and work here for a long time. Everything is in a walking distance and fantastic opportunity to live near Swayamhu (starting and finishing day with coras) and meditate or work in a quite surrounding.

Prativa is a gem of a person. I have never seen an owner greet the customer once they arrive, chit chat, take care . Care takers are there every time in India every time but this is the first time I have come across such a beautiful and cultured owner, who has treated us like a family.
