We had a wonderful stay at Nivas Boutique Home. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and genuine. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions for exploring Kathmandu. The rooms were tastefully decorated, blending traditional Nepali charm with modern comfort. Everything was impeccably clean, the beds were cozy, and the ambiance was peaceful—exactly what we needed after long days of sightseeing. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop space, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or relaxing in the evening with views of the city. The location is also ideal—tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet conveniently close to key attractions like Thamel, Durbar Square, and Pashupatinath. We truly appreciated the personal touches and thoughtful details that made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, elegant, and authentic experience in Kathmandu.

Beautiful classic Nepali decor all throughout the hotel, really helps with the immersive experience of being in Nepal. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The location is a little bit far, the hotel is in the middle of a residential area (approx 10-15mins from Thamel shopping streets).
