Wonderful staff who are very welcoming and friendly with the kids, property is clean and classy, the dinner buffet was also an amazing experience that we repeated it twice even though it was not part of the price package. In addition, room windows provides beautiful view to see the city and the mountains beyond.

We were charged for a "mini bar" that was advertised with the room, but it was not made clear at the time of booking that the items in the minibar were chargeable. We assumed these items were included in the room price. It seems unreasonable to charge for items in the refrigerator referred to as a “mini bar.” Since we do not drink, we requested that the hotel remove the beer cans from the refrigerator at check-in so we could use the space for fresh fruit that we brought with us. We had no idea that the items in the fridge were chargeable until check-out when the staff member at the counter mentioned the charges for the minibar. Please ensure that this information is clearly communicated in your advertisement. While we are willing to pay a small fee for these items, we felt misled. Additionally, the toilets in the lounge were dirty due to heavy usage by numerous guests attending separate functions at the hotel.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and stylish. Well designed and luxurious (to me). Sheets are spotlessly clean and the mattress is firm. There's a bathtub! Great service from the staff too.
