The staff here are fantastic. They cant do enough to help you. Check in was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic with exemplary service. The team helped us plan what to do with our time in Kathmandu telling us of the best places to visit. The rooftop terrace was brilliant with views of the Himalayas in the distance. It was a fantastic place to stay in Kathmandu - a great location near lots of shops and restaurants. It was the perfect place to stay in this city.

Everything was perfect. This is the second time we have stayed here, and once again we truly felt at home during all five nights of our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff always made sure we had everything we needed. They constantly checked on us to ensure everything was fine and provided outstanding service at all times. The hotel also offers a 24/7 reception service, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. When we left, they even blessed us with a traditional Buddhist scarf, which was such a touching and unforgettable gesture. They also kindly arranged our taxi to the airport, making our departure completely stress-free. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Ashok and the team are stunning! They are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They took such great care of me, with wonderful breakfasts, numerous teas (to feed my masala tea drinking habits 🤪), helping me navigate transport, and always greeting me with kind words and smiles. I cannot recommend Hotel Tenki enough. The stay was clean, relaxing and 10/10.
