On entering the hotel I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and a cool glass of fresh juice. Check in was effortless, and was asked if I would like a complimentary room upgrade from a luxury double to an executive suite, which I happily excepted. On entering the suite I found it to be perfectly presented, copious amounts of tea, coffee and milk powder etc. And a seemingly endless supply of hot water for the large bath. The bed was very comfortable with fresh clean cotton sheets and pillow cases. The food on offer was very good, and with a very wide range of selection.

I have stayed here many times both with my wife and as a solo traveller. Every visit has always exceeded all expectations. On my last visit I made a request for some laundry to be done at the very last minute, it was completed in a very short amount of time, without any shrinkage, and super clean. The food quality and variety is absolutely first class, and I have never suffered with any problems afterwards. Staff are always ready to help immediately with any request or queries at any time. Finally the accommodation itself is always spotless and everything works as it should.

Quality was excellent in all respects. Room was of a high standard for the location. Staff were all polite and helpful (in particular Bhuban, Deepak, Nimi and Pramila on Reception).

Great hotel, great location (like a 5 min walk to the Buddha stupa), super clean and very kind and helpful staff! Beautifully decorated rooms too.The terrace-restaurant-bar was a really nice bonus with its amazing view of the stupa
